John holds a Doctor of Business Administration specializing in Strategy and Innovation and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt with over 25 years' experience within the manufacturing, metals, aerospace, IT, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and governmental Industries. John is a passionate employee-centered change management leader whose sole purpose is helping business teams determine "What Matters Most" to be in full control of managing that goal.
