Dave specializes in growing private equity portfolios, especially in materials manufacturing sectors with diversified products and markets. 

He serves as Exaugeo Managing Partner. Previously, Dave led business strategy for a $500 million aerospace business; global market development for a $1.5b diversified manufacturer of advanced materials, and held various strategic roles in product development and revenue growth. He has been an independent Management Consultant since 2016.
